2nd Meeting:

Good Sam will hold two Justice Knox House Meetings this fall. The first, hosted by Margaret Slattery will be this Sunday, October 20 after the late service (at about noon) in Henslee Hall.

The second meeting will be hosted by Greg Phelps via Zoom and in person in Henslee Hall. An email will be sent to the parish on Tuesday morning, October 22 with the zoom link if you’d like to attend that way. Of course, you are welcome to come to Good Sam and meet in Henslee Hall for that gathering.

These meetings will give you a chance to hear about the work Justice Knox has accomplished over the past seven years, voice your concerns for our community, and commit to join our ecumenical and interfaith neighbors in Justice Knox.

Justice Knox has addressed (and continues to address) the problems of affordable housing, education, mental health care, gun violence, and public transportation in Knoxville. Come be a part of the process as we discuss the issues we add to the list this year.

We hope to see you at one of our meetings!
