We are partnering with First Presbyterian Church and working with Knoxville Habitat for Humanity to build a house for Dominique Payne and her kids! We have 5 days let to volunteer. Lunch, water and snacks will be provided each day.
Sat., April 13 – Interior Walls – 7:30am – 3:00pm
Sat., April 20 – Vinyl Siding – 7:30am – 2:00pm
Sat., April 27 – Vinyl Siding – 7:30am – 2:00pm
Sat., June 1 – Interior Painting – 7:30am – 12:00noon
Sat., June 15 – Trim & Cabinets – 7:30am – 1:30pm
Below is the link to sign up for the build days. You will be asked to create an individual account before you can sign up. Be aware that you must sign up separately for each day you would like to volunteer. You will also be prompted to sign a waiver online during the signup process.
If you must back out of a commitment, please let the office know (office@goodsamknox.org) and also remove your commitment from the Habitat web site. If you have problems navigating the site, check with Lisa in the church office.

*** Although we would love to share this with the Good Sam youth, people under 16 years old are not allowed on the build site. It is also Habitat’s policy that if you are 16 or 17 and do choose to volunteer, you will not be allowed to work on a ladder. If there is a desire for kids to be involved, there are other opportunities through Habitat for them to volunteer.
